By submitting the time reservation and payment for the session in full on this form, you are agreeing to arrive to your session on time.

Running Late:

We understand life happens, things can get in the way of getting places on time. In the event this happens to you on the day of your session, please send a curtesy text to 980-226-3871 to let us know your estimated time of arrival. Appointments running more than 20 minutes late, need to be rescheduled to allow the proper amount of time needed to fully enjoy the experience. 

Reschedule:

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please give 24 hours noticed by phone or text to 980-226-3871. Once your down payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If you cannot make it to your session time, you are permitted one (1) rescheduled date and time without penalty. Please note: The rescheduled session's post production will fall in the order it was received behind our other sessions of our studio. If you cannot make the rescheduled appointment time, the down payment will be forfeited to cover the loss of both reserved times.

Prices:

Price includes the print and digital files included in the package (available by digital download - additional edited images may be available for purchase), time spent on location and editing of images. Prints & Social Media digital files will be delivered in two weeks.
